Stuffed squid
I've seen a lot of stuffed squid, but with such filling is done first. It was very tasty: tender squid with rice stuffing and a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

Cooking

Squid clean, boil in boiling salted water for no more than 2 minutes.

Pickled cucumber slice.

I use Pickled cucumbers TM "6 ACRES." They are prepared with a low amount of vinegar, very crunchy and delicious!

Mushrooms fried with onions. Add to cooked rice, this also add cucumbers. Stir, add salt. The stuffing is ready.

Stuff the squid.

To put squid in form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Sour cream mixed with grated cheese. Salt.

Spread on baked squid sour cream mass and bake for another 20 minutes.
