Salad
After trying this salad, you will not be able to love. Easy, delicious and aromatic. And non-threatening figure! The salad appeared in my menu in the program "What to eat to lose weight". In the season of swimwear is very important.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

These products we will need for the salad. Beets can be boiled in advance, especially because cooked beets stored in the fridge for a few days. Beets and apples clear from the skin, from the apples to take out the midway.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, scalded with boiling water and immediately rinse with cold water so the onions will remain crispy and does not taste bitter. Onion marinated in vinegar, water and sugar, for 5 minutes. Opponents of vinegar can replace it with lemon juice.

Cut all the vegetables into long thin strips. I used the slicer.
