This is a very simple, very fast and very tasty. Soup, worthy to be served in the restaurant... Well, it's for my taste and the taste of my picky husband. This recipe was on the packaging of spices, brought from Germany by our friends.

Cooking
So, heat in a frying pan butter, fry the mince for about 10 minutes. Add sliced leeks and fry for another 5 minutes, until the onions will not lose stiffness. Mince and stir constantly to not enough pieces.
When cooked the stuffing, place it in a pot, pour 1,5-2 liters of water and boil. Add cheese in the trays (it's much softer and nicer). I had "amber", but can be any other, the main thing is butter-soft.
Mix the soup until dissolved cheese, let simmer 15 minutes on low heat and voila.
