Salted salmon
It so happened that I live now in one of the African countries where no salted fish do not eat and, consequently, not sell. Therefore, the salmon salt I decided. Salted for the first time. It was very tasty. Offer its own version of pickling.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 handful

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

Need salmon chilled

salt, sugar, orange zest and Bay leaf.

Fish sprinkle with sugar, salt. Evenly spread the lemon zest and broken into pieces Bay leaf.

Cover with cling film and leave in a cool place for 4 hours.

After 4 hours drain the liquid, remove the orange zest and Bay leaf. Salted salmon is ready!
