Homemade pate
Maybe with this recipe I will shower Slippers, but still dare to spread. This is a recipe my mom and I can remeber she always did. It turns out very tasty! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    3 piece

  • Stomach

    3 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions and carrots clean, chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater and fry in butter.

Boil gizzards and livers from the birds until ready (I cooked for almost three hours!)

Now with the help of a food processor, grind all together. Season with salt to taste, you can add your favorite spices or just black pepper. When grinding gradually add the broth obtained when boiling the stomach and liver, in order to smear the pate on the bread.

To shift into a container ready paste and put into the refrigerator. You're done! You can treat yourself!
