Snack cake-salad
Have long wanted to prepare this multi-layered, moderately juicy, juicy and elegant cake salad, but here such an occasion. Cake-salad, the same will decorate your table and on Valentine's Day, and on March 8 and 23 February! Moreover, despite the abundance of ingredients, it can cook any of the spouses and their adult children. Cooking

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil in salted water. Drain the water, half the potatoes through a sieve. Mix with the remaining whole pieces. Cool. Add the parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise and black pepper. Mix well.
