Description
If you don't like broccoli, don't rush to write this prescription without your attention! I must admit that I'm not a big fan of the cabbage but soup, which I did - it's just something unimaginable! The pine nuts made with broccoli is magic. This soup is impossible to put down. And, importantly, it is very easy to prepare.

Cooking
In a pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, 8-10 minutes until soft.
In a large pot boil 2 cups of water. Add frozen broccoli and bring to a boil.
Add broth, onion and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook 15-20 minutes until tender cabbage.
Meanwhile, heat a small pan on medium heat. Add the pine nuts and fry them, stirring, 3-4 min until Golden brown.
Add the nuts to the soup.
Using a blender or food processor, turn the soup into smooth puree. Season with salt and pepper. Return to low heat and heat for another 5-8 minutes.
The soup is ready! Bon appetit! It is possible to taste add to soup cheese, cream or sour cream.
