Garlic soup-kastelanski
Garlic soup is very tasty and does not require much effort when cooking.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Beef tongue

    250 g

  • Garlic

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread

    5 slice

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

1. Language cut cubes about 1 by 1 cm

2. Quickly fry in a pan, add first the garlic, then the tomato paste. Again fry quickly, add the wine, evaporate for a few minutes. Turn off the gas and add the capsicum.
