Garlic soup is very tasty and does not require much effort when cooking.

Cooking
1. Language cut cubes about 1 by 1 cm
2. Quickly fry in a pan, add first the garlic, then the tomato paste. Again fry quickly, add the wine, evaporate for a few minutes. Turn off the gas and add the capsicum.
3. Prepare the bread. Chunks are less than 1 cm thick.
4. Add to heated broth along with the pan. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
5. In the soup, add bread, allowing to soak for a few minutes.
6. Gently crack eggs so as not to break the yolks - to make something like a poached egg. Leave it on gas until, until you "tie" the protein.
7. Your soup is ready! Now carefully, without disturbing the integrity of the chunks and not damaging the eggs, put our food on plates. Bon appetit!
