For the salad I used wild rice "bubble" TM "Mistral". Rice cover with water in a ratio of 1:3, add a pinch of salt and cook for 40-60 minutes, until almost all the seeds will not be disclosed. Drain the rice in a sieve, put back in pan, cover and leave until cool
