Vegetable salad with squid
Most hostesses probably already have a favorite recipe for squid salad. But who said it needs to be one? Squid – the product is tender and delicious, cook from it can be anything. Today I made a delicious salad with calamari, which will please the family and impress guests.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Olives

    15 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Squid thaw and cook in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes. Slice the squid in rings. Onion cut into half rings. Bell peppers red cut into strips. The cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Mix squid with onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, add the chopped greens.

Separately make the dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and black pepper powder. All peremeshaem.

In a salad, add olives and chopped garlic. Pour the prepared salad dressing and garnish with greens.
