Share with You the recipe for chocolate manna with frosting Croatian blog. Manna turns out tender, it blends the poppy seeds, apples, walnuts and chocolate.

Cooking
To prepare this manna I used semolina TM "Mistral". Cereal poured into bowl.
Mix cereals with milk and leave for about 30 minutes. Then in a bowl add egg and sugar, whipped with a mixer.
Flour sifted with baking powder. Walnuts was crushed, added to the mass. Then add the poppy seeds, cocoa powder.
Whip the mass with a mixer.
My apples and peeled, rubbed on a medium grater into the dough. The mixture stirred.
Round ceramic form in diameter 28 cm grease with vegetable oil, pour it dough.
Baked manna in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40 minutes. The readiness of manna check with a toothpick. Give the manna to cool slightly.
Prepare the glaze: in a saucepan pour the milk, add the chocolate, butter, sugar. Heat on the stove, the ingredients, stirring constantly until dissolved grains of sugar.
Pour glaze manna, aligning with a spoon across the surface. Bon appétit!
