Delicious sweet pastries

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cardamom

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, beat the egg, add salt, sugar, melted butter and mix well.

To the mixture add parts of the sifted flour and knead the dough. The dough cover and leave in a warm 1-1,5 hours.

Prepare the filling: mix the crushed nuts, sugar, vanilla sugar and cardamom.

Approaching divide the dough into 4 parts, each part roll into a thin pellet.

Dough cut into segments.

On the wide side of the segment put the filling, wrap the sides and then twist in the direction of narrowing in the form of rolls. Prepared muteki place on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

After baking allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
