Pancakes for Breakfast tea
Tired of sandwiches, I wanted an English muffin in the morning. Only the usual Arsenal do not appeal to me, I wanted something new. So imaginative enough. Well what can I say? We liked it. Just be trying and you :-)

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To start, melt the butter and set aside aside to cool. Meanwhile, prepare "fillers" for our pancakes. For this finely chop the onion, sausage and herbs. I already had chopped and frozen parsley.

Now mix all together with corn (without liquid).

Whisk eggs with salt with a fork or whisk.

Mix the flour with the baking powder.

In kefir add eggs and cooled butter, stir.

Add flour mixture and gently but quickly stir. The sooner the better.

Add a mixture of sausage and vegetables and again mix everything. Our mixture is ready.

Immediately spread one tablespoon (heaped) of the mixture in a hot pan with oil. The sooner all of You will do, the better Your pancakes will rise. Fry on medium heat on both sides until zolotisty.
