Oat bagels
With the dawn, our house was filled with the appetizing aroma of oat bagels. With the addition of rolled oats that give the dough a wonderful flavor, and the finished bagels a loose structure, with an aromatic sprinkle of cereal with brown sugar, rolls turned out tender and tasty.
