Cooking
1. Herring gut, clean and remove seeds. For the first marinade, take 2 fillets and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, tomato paste, soy sauce, sugar, pepper. Mix well. Add the herring in the sauce. mix well. Remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. For the second marinade 2 fillets of herring cut into pieces. Onion, mix with fish. In a bowl, mix water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cranberries, thyme. Put the fish in the marinade and remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.
