My version of pea soup. Can be prepared as a dish vegetarian cuisine.

Cooking
Dry peas fill with water and allow to stand for about an hour. Put on medium heat and cook for 3 to 4 hours to peas almost seethe. Can peas cover with water overnight then the cooking will take significantly less time, I usually do :-)
When peas is almost ready, add chicken fat (I cut it with drumsticks that are fried go for the second). You can cook the soup without fat, it will still get rich at the expense of vegetable oil for frying onions and carrots.
Clean, cut and put in the soup potatoes.
Carrots clean, RUB on a coarse grater.
Fry carrots and onions until Golden brown and put them in the soup.
When potatoes are almost ready, add 3 Bay leaves and half a teaspoon allspice, salt to taste.
Chop greens, add to the finished soup, stir, poured into plates, and eat with pleasure! Bon appetit!
