Cooking
Mackerel wash, gut, cut into serving pieces.
The pan with the fish cover with water, put on fire. After boiling, remove with a slotted spoon foam.
Carrots peeled, cut into slices, onion peeled, cut into half rings. Add to the pan, add salt, add pepper.
Clean medium-sized potatoes, boil in salted water, until tender.
Cook soup until the fish is cooked, about 15 minutes. 1 minute before switching off add the Bay leaf.
