Beautiful Turkish fast food with baked mackerel, gave my friends the warm memories of summer in Istanbul. I suggest to You to try a piece of Turkish fragrant summer.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Cooked mackerel fillets 2, water 2 tbsp soy sauce-marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman, 1 tbsp lemon juice, sprinkle with thyme.

Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Prepare the sauce for brushing pita. Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1tbsp. L. soy sauce-Teriyaki marinade Kikkoman TM, 1H. spoon of mustard.

Pickled mackerel to put on the grill and fry on the coals on both sides until Golden brown.

Pita to grease cooked sauce. Tomatoes and onions cut into rings and spread on pita bread.
