Unusual version of the meat salad in which the meat was replaced with canned tuna and peas on pickled capers, but not only that - all this is covered generovani mayonnaise! Peas I still added, although it was possible to do without it. Here's an unusual salad in a Mediterranean style that will not only surprise you with its appearance, but also bring a taste delight!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tuna

    120 g

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    6 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Chop all the vegetables, add tuna and capers and dress it with mayonnaise 150 g and lemon juice, stir and place in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat 2 tbsp of milk, press swollen gelatin and dissolve in the milk. Add the gelatin mixture into the mayonnaise 250 g and mix quickly.
