Mushroom soup with homemade noodles
Many years ago I tried this great soup in the station restaurant of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. The soup is so fond of that I'm here for more than 40 years preparing him for his family. One of the advantages of mushroom claret with this noodles, is that soup can be eaten in the post. Easy in all respects, flavorful and hearty, and most importantly very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    175 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Noodles: mix the Flour with the semolina, collect a slide, and making it a crater, pour in the water.

Semolina is necessary to use a small, and in our case suitable Semolina Mistral.

Knead the dough. It is very hard going, but the water no longer add.

Knead the dough for 15 minutes. See how it has changed the structure and color. Place in a food bag and send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
