This cake is the fruit of my experiments. Cake is such an unusual item, if it is, then it is not right.

Cooking
Prepare the dough: beat the eggs with the sugar white.
Add the flour and mix well.
Apples cleaned and cut into cubes or slices, put in the batter and mix.
Spread in a greased form. I'm using a split form. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Ready cake cool down a bit.
Cut into two halves while it is still hot. Then allow to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the glaze: in a saucepan pour the milk, add the cocoa, butter and sugar, bring to boil stirring constantly, aside from the heat and allow to cool. If the icing is too lazy to cook, you can sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
Prepare the cream: whip the cream with sugar.
Add Almette and again beat well.
Spread half of the cream on the first layer, level.
Put the second cake, put the remaining cream and flatten.
Pour glaze evenly distributing it. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours, I usually put on the night.
Remove from the pan onto a plate. All you can enjoy. Bon appetit!
