Italian Lecho of pepper
Homemade Italian recipe Lecho of red pepper. Prepares quickly and easily. Can be used as an appetizer or as a side dish to meat. Delicious both hot in cold form.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    10 g

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Coriander

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar
