Baskets with red fish
Another variation snacks with salted red fish! I just bought a few ready-made tarts, I don't really like something too sweet, too crumbly. I decided to bake myself, and the result I am quite satisfied - baskets were not soaked with the filling even the next day, the taste is fairly neutral. From this amount of ingredients turns 11-12 small baskets

Ingredients

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Fish

    350 g

  • Cream

    80 g

  • Lemon

  • Greens

  • Salt

Prepare the filling. The curd is triturated until smooth, add the cream to the desired consistency, the task is to obtain a delicate cream, parsley, finely chopped fish, if necessary, salt. Fill the tarts, sprinkle with lemon juice and decorate with the lemon zest and lemon wedges.
