Cooking
I had frozen blackberries. Fill it with cold water for 1 minute to unfreeze it faster.
The water is drained. A pot with 2 liters of water, put on fire, add sugar.
When the water boils, throw in her BlackBerry. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
While the berries are cooking, dilute the starch in cold water (200 ml). I took 2 tbsp of cornstarch, you can add more - then the pudding will be thicker.
Berry kissel take out with a slotted spoon. Slowly a thin stream pour diluted starch, stirring occasionally. Continue to stir and cook until boiling, but not boil! When the edges begin to appear bubbles, turn off the gas and sprinkle a little of the jelly over the entire surface with sugar.
