Description
In a cool fall day thick and spicy soup made of fresh vegetables will be very welcome. If you cook soup with water, not broth, that would be great in the post. Add soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" makes the taste of this soup richer, love to eat men.

Cooking
Vegetables clean, wash and dry. Cut into large chunks and fry in butter in a saucepan Tolstoganova. Start with onion, carrot and sweet pepper. Stir occasionally and do not give too reddening.

Return the saucepan on the fire, pour the second half of the soy sauce and sprinkle with curry powder, peppers and paprika. Stir, salt to taste and bring to boil.
Serve hot, with sour cream and garnish with herbs and slices of chilli.
