Cabbage marinated
Really fast, you can eat in an hour.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1.5 kg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

Cut the cabbage.

Pepper cut into strips. Better when it's different colors, but we somehow still only green on sale.

Cut the greens.

Stir these ingredients with salt.

Put in a jar.

Make a marinade. To the water add vinegar, oil, sugar and Bay leaf. Put on fire and bring to a boil.

Allow to simmer for a minute.

When the marinade has cooled slightly (warm), pour them cabbage.

Allow to stand for exactly as long as the marinade cools down, and you can eat! Bon appetit!
