Meat sticks, ham and cranberry
The dish can be the main dish on the holiday table, and maybe a cold appetizer, cut thinly. Good option for festive Goodies.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Crumb bread

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

    100 ml

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Oregano

    1 pinch

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Garlic powder

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Meat skip through Mincer 2 times.

Ham cut into cubes

Ground beef mixed with chopped onion, add bread crumbs, oregano, Basil, dry garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Knead.

Add the tomato juice and dry red wine, beaten egg, whole mass thoroughly stirred. Knead until then, until the meat stops sticking to the hands and walls of the cookware.

On a sheet of baking paper or foil to put the meat substance in the form of a rectangle, 40x30 cm

On top of meat spread mozzarella, cut into slices, then distribute the ham, leaving "allowances" on all four sides.
