Pancakes-rolls with mushroom stuffing
An original alternative to filing all of your favorite pancakes. It turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

The mushrooms and onions finely chop, fry (I fry without oil on a Teflon frying pan). When evaporated unnecessary liquid, add chopped dill, sour cream and spices to taste. Stew for 5 minutes.

Potatoes RUB on a fine grater, salt, add eggs, flour, squeeze the garlic.

Preheat the pan, add sunflower oil. To form a pan-fried thin pancake made from potatoes. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.

When the potato pancake is ready, DAB it carefully with a paper towel to remove excess fat. On pancake spread grated cheese, and on top - our stuffed mushrooms.

Roll potato pancake roll (rolled it quite easily, does not break), you can associate with a feather green onions.
