Salad of cauliflower with carrots - for lovers of crunch...

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Products for the salad. I took the unrefined sunflower oil. Carrots clean, wash. Cauliflower wash, disassemble on inflorescences.

Fresh cucumber cut into thin strips, sprinkle with salt and put in a sieve/colander to drain excess juice.

Cauliflower for 3 minutes pour boiling water, drain the water, cabbage, cool.

Cut the carrots on a coarse grater. Cabbage cut into cubes, mix with carrot and cucumber.

Butter, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper do fill. Pour it into the salad and mix well. After a couple of minutes, you can start to crunch :)
