Very fine salad with strawberries and ham. Will decorate any holiday table.
Ingredients

Cooking
Lettuce to wash thoroughly and cover with cold water. Let it stay like 30 minutes. The salad will be crunchy
Cucumbers peel and cut into cubes
Cut strawberries
and ham
Make a sauce. In the mixer bowl put the honey, mustard, pour olive oil, squeeze the lemon juice. Whisk a couple of minutes, then add salt, add sugar and pepper. Continue whisking until the sugar is dissolved. The sauce is ready!
You can serve salad in portions. On the bottom of the glass put shredded lettuce. I'm tearing the lettuce with your hands. On the salad put the strawberries, ham and cucumbers. Pour sauce, decorate with strawberries, sprinkle the top with poppy seeds. Very impressive!
