It's been a few warm days and the kitchen was too hot :-) so I decided that my wife will not hurt anything to freshen up. I offer a fairly simple cocktail recipe, which, except that will quench your thirst, give more and charge of vitamins to your body. BLUEBERRY: B-8,29 g-of 32.46 G. W is 5.5 g Calories-200,1 kcal. BLACKBERRY: B-9,19 g-19,56 g. Fats-4,9 g energy value-159,6 kcal.

Added to the crushed mint ice and grind.
In a measuring Cup, add the yogurt+strawberries+change licena mint with ice.
