Cooking
Fry the sesame seeds until Golden brown. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix water, sugar and fresh lemon juice.
Pinned tomatoes on a skewer. Prepare a saucer with vegetable oil (1 tsp), mix the sesame seeds with the salt, based on 5-6 parts sesame to 1 part salt.
Boil the caramel until Golden brown. Do not overcook! Drop the tomato into space in the caramel and let any excess drip off. Immediately drop in the sesame seeds and put on a saucer with oil (otherwise it will stick). Myself have done a few pieces with poppy seeds,it was a completely different taste.
These tomatoes serve as an excellent appetizer or decoration of dishes.
