I want to share with You an interesting recipe baking found me again on Chinese cooking site. In the original recipe the pastry was called "Tomato bread Japanese-style". In the bucket of a bread machine, I place the sifted flour, add sugar, salt, tomato paste, olive oil, yeast.
Then add the warm water, include the mode of kneading. When the program has finished, put the dough in a bowl, cover with film and put in warm place to rise for about 30 minutes.

Mix chopped garlic, cheese, parsley, softened butter, salt. The stuffing is ready.
Knead the dough, divide into three equal parts, cover and give a little more rise.
One half of the dough put the filling.
