Tomato bread with garlic, cheese and herbs
I want to share with You an interesting recipe baking found me again on Chinese cooking site. In the original recipe the pastry was called "Tomato bread Japanese-style". The recipe changed a bit, reduced the amount of butter. To cook this bread is very easy! The bread turned out airy and Oh-so delicious! Bread bake the second day in a row!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Parsley

    25 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

In the bucket of a bread machine, I place the sifted flour, add sugar, salt, tomato paste, olive oil, yeast.
