Filling cherry pie
Delicious!! Nothing needs to be separated, whip! Mixed, distributed, filled in and ready! Work for 10 minutes, and the result - a sea of sensory indulgence! Sooooo much! Recipe from accountant Sophia, but I saw it on the website "Cook" with her friend Olga (verunic), for which she thanks a lot!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    245 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    400 g

Cooking

Mix ingredients for the dough: flour with baking powder, butter, sour cream, powdered sugar.

At low speed of mixer, mix all ingredients of filling. Whipping is not necessary - only mix.

Evenly distribute the batter into the form, making bumpers (~3 cm). On the dough put the cherries (original - plum)

And pour the creamy mass.

In the oven 180" for 40-50 minutes. Allow to cool and Enjoy. Nice!
