Cooking
My good-clean, courgettes, peppers, carrots, garlic...
Zucchini (if large) cut into slices, carrots grate on a coarse grater, pepper cut into not large cubes. Add the spices, sugar, salt, oil. Tomato paste dilute in 1 liter of water and add to vegetables.
All mix well and cook for 30 minutes.
10 minutes before end of cooking, add fresh herbs and finely chopped garlic...
5 minutes before end of cooking add vinegar.
