Casserole
Offer vegetable casserole with zucchini, carrots and tomatoes. Cooks very quickly and the result will please you. Lovely dinner. Can be used as a garnish for meat or fish. The idea of the recipe was met in the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Zucchini peel, cut into thin half-rings.

Also, slice the carrots, bell peppers.

Add few salt and pepper, mix well.

Form for baking grease with butter, leave a little oil in it. Put all the vegetables.

Tomatoes cut into half rings and put on the vegetables.

Bake in preheated oven to 200C for 15-20min. before Browning (watch your oven).
