Cooking
Zucchini peel, cut into thin half-rings.
Also, slice the carrots, bell peppers.
Add few salt and pepper, mix well.
Form for baking grease with butter, leave a little oil in it. Put all the vegetables.
Tomatoes cut into half rings and put on the vegetables.
Bake in preheated oven to 200C for 15-20min. before Browning (watch your oven).
Eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and whisk. Chop the herbs, grate the cheese.
Roasted vegetables, pour the eggs with the cream, add the greens, top with grated cheese and send in the oven for 5-7min.
