After a long winter our body is weak, and so want to treat the vitamins. Thanks to this salad, our body will be filled with important vitamins, and our figure will thank us!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Carrots

  • Radishes

    6 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Quince

    0.5 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Cabbage to chop thin straws, and thoroughly mash, that was not hard.

Cabbage cut into strips.

Bulgarian pepper remove the stalk and seeds. Pepper and celery stalked chopped.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

To make the sauce: mix olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, cherry plum sauce, Italian herbs, salt.
