Salad with herring
A delicious and simple salad. Imagine my surprise when the sign in front of the dish I saw the word "Salad with herring", because it happened in the same hotel in Hurghada... to be honest, I don't eat salads in the Egyptian hotels, a little fear... but... this time I couldn't resist and tried the salad, loved it! Share with you, my dear! Yes, according to personal preferences, and through a wonderful contest, I replaced the mayonnaise for a dressing that contains soy sauce Kikkoman classic.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Herring in Egypt is a little different, she smoked. But, I'm sure, and with our own herring salad turn out great!
