Warm salad with vegetables funchoza
Delicious, light salad that I definitely need to try. Cooked very quickly, and the result is very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Funchoza to steep in hot water and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and funchoza rinse with cold water.

In a pan heat oil, put garlic and fry it for a minute, the garlic to remove. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin slices and fry in garlic butter.

Tomato cut into small pieces and add to the pepper, simmer 3 minutes.

Add funchoza and warm up for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Need to add salt quite a bit, as it will be even soy sauce. Mix well. Remove from the heat.

Cut into small pieces the cucumber and add to the salad. Put in a bowl. Before serving, add soy sauce. Bon appetit!
