Delicious leavened jelly. Berries or pieces of fruit you can add to your taste. Thickness to adjust increasing or decreasing the number of starch.

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Star anise

For making jelly, we need kvass "Ochakovsky".

1 liter of bread kvass boil with the spices (add to taste sugar, cinnamon and star anise).

Drain and add the diluted starch (1 tbsp. of cold water or kvass).

Kissel bring to a boil, turn off the gas.

Pour the pudding into glass bowls, glasses, and cooling. Decorate with slices of fruit or berries.
