Oil cake
Gorgeous winter cake! Very simple and easy to implement. There are no unnecessary ingredients, even the vanilla is not needed here. The combination of sugar and butter gives a caramel flavor, and the cranberries in the stuffing - nice acidity. Happy to offer a recipe, try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Cranberry

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

For this cupcake I took garden the cranberries. You can take and ordinary. Cranberries can be used fresh or frozen. If frozen, do not thaw, just add to the dough.

Thoroughly whisk the sugar and oil 6 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and whitening weight.

Then mixed with baking powder and salt flour. Stir until smooth on low speed.

Add the cranberries (170g) and mix. The dough is obtained as thick cream.
