In a glass or ceramic dish, suitable for use in the microwave, mix well the nuts, water, sugar and soy sauce. Depending on taste preferences you can adjust the ratio of water and soy sauce, and use or only water, or only soy sauce.
To cook in a microwave oven without covering with a lid, for 2 minutes at 1000 watts. The glaze becomes thick, but still not dry. Then we have to act quickly, as the icing dries instantly.
Remove the nuts from the microwave and continually stir for 1-2 minutes to dry the glaze (nuts covered with sugar crystals).
Lay out on foil until cool. If desired, sprinkle hot nuts with your favorite spices.
The nuts are ready. You can crunch!
