Bean eintopf
Dish of the German cuisine, which is a thick soup with meat, smoked meats, sausages or other meat products, which replaces a two-course lunch.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Bacon

    50 g

Rinse beans, soak overnight. Pour 1 liter of water and cook until tender. Drain the water.

Breast wash, dry and cut into cubes. Potatoes and carrots clean, cut into cubes.

In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the meat in it. Onions chop and add to the meat. Saute, add salt and spices. Meat put carrots and potatoes

Pour 600 ml water and simmer for 30 minutes until cooked vegetables and meat. Put the meat and vegetables beans, gently reheat and serve garnished with the fried bacon and green onions
