Cooking
Sorrel thoroughly washed and cut.
Cut into thin wedges cucumbers.
Boil eggs and finely chop.
In a saucepan boil water. In boiling water put the sorrel. Boil for 2-3 minutes. And turn off the pan. Set aside the pan to cool down. Once the pan is completely cooled, add chopped greens, cucumbers and eggs. Mix everything, add salt to taste. Put the soup in the refrigerator and serve cold. If you have sorrel sour enough, add a little lemon juice.
Separately, boil the potatoes. And serve with soup.
