Cheese soup with seafood
Everyone who loves seafood and cheese will not remain indifferent!

Ingredients

    400 g

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Water

    2 l

  • Bread

  • Garlic

  • Paprika sweet

  • Butter

Cooking

Carrot grate, onion and celery finely chopped, fry in vegetable oil.

In a saucepan pour water, put on fire, add grated cheese, bring to boil, season with salt and pepper. Then add potatoes, sauteed vegetables, cook for 10 minutes.

Add the seafood and green peas, cook for 5 minutes.

While preparing the soup, prepare the croutons. Fry in butter white bread, cut into cubes, then sprinkle it with garlic and paprika.
