Soup
Very gentle and at the same time, hearty, very flavorful soup. Added as a variant to the already existing recipes.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

in a deep pan put oil and chopped onion, fry a bit

add chopped mushrooms, spices and herbs, fry for another 5 minutes

put the flour, stir and pour broth

bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 45 minutes

remove from heat and whisk blender

whisk yolk with cream
step-6
add the cream and feta, beat again
step-7
put on fire and, stirring, strongly heated but do not boil - and our fragrant soup is ready
