In hot summer it is very nice to eat a plate or two cool and hearty hash!!! I hope my recipe will help you in the preparation of this wonderful soup!!!

Chops up onions, as you like (I crumbled finely), put in a pot, add salt (small amount), mash (with a pestle); potatoes, sausage and eggs crumble small cubes, spread in a pan; radishes and cucumbers grate on a coarse grater and again all in the pot!!!
The contents of the pan add the mayonnaise, and half a pack of yogurt, fill with water (to desired thickness), to taste add the remaining yogurt, the lemon (I like to add vinegar with it the taste of the hash is brighter!!!), salt, pepper; fennel crumble that is added to our sour soup. Stir, put in refrigerator to steep. And after 20-30 minutes you can bring to the table!!!
