Meat, baked potatoes a La Dauphine
A hearty and delicious full lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

Pork cut into thin pieces, covered it the bottom of the baking dish. The meat season with salt and pepper. Form I portion.

Peel the onion, wash. Cut into half rings. Spread evenly on top of meat.

Potatoes, wash, dry. Cut into thin slices.

Spread out the potatoes slightly overlapping on top of meat with onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with rosemary, pour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put another layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper to it. Pour cream. Close the potato and cheese. Cover the form with foil and send in the oven to bake for approximately 50-60 minutes at 180* after 60 minutes remove the foil and let the cheese brown.
