Cooking
The preparation is very simple. Light boil in salted water with spices until tender (about 1 hour)
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
In vegetable oil fry onions until Golden brown.
Add to the onions light and fry further 5 minutes.
Light spread with onions in a salad bowl. Add salt, sweet pepper, coriander. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
The pan will recalim oil. When they start to crackle, remove from heat and add hot pepper. Quickly mix. This peppermint oil immediately and fill our salad. Stir, add vinegar, finely chopped green onions. Put our Hye in a glass jar, cover and send in the fridge to steep, preferably overnight. Do not rush to immediately eat Heh!
