Muffins with mozzarella
I already bragged in diaries their new molds. And here is the result! I love savory pastries, and these muffins, I'd say spicy... Fragrant and delicious! There is however one "but" - it is better not to eat them if You have a romantic date...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Sesame

Cooking

Sift flour with baking powder. Add salt, pepper, dried Basil.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vegetable oil.

Add to egg mixture chopped clove of garlic fried in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, tomato, diced. The seeds and juice from tomatoes I deleted.

Mix the flour with the egg mixture. Knead well with a spoon.

On bottom of ramekins put a spoonful of dough ball mozzarella (or slice if You need to cut it), pour the dough on 2/3 of the molds. On top sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180*.
